Spectra Fuels is a global player in trading, brokering, bunkering of various oil & products.
The founder is a seasoned oil & gas professional. Altobooks has been advisor to him since many years. Around 2017-18, Altobooks was hired to assist him in incorporation of the company, setting up of accounting and control systems and other financial advice. It was found that the founder was a known face in oil & gas industry. However, he completely lacked expertise on financial, legal, tax matters.
